Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 August 2026 · Pre-launch version

1. Who we are

eNotary.com.ph is operated by Legaldex Technologies Inc., a company registered in the Philippines with offices in Metro Manila. For any privacy request, email hello@enotary.com.ph.

2. What we collect before launch

At this stage the site collects only the email address you submit to the waitlist, plus anonymous page analytics. We do not collect identity documents, payment details, or files yet.

3. What we will collect at launch

To perform a notarial act we will need your name, contact details, a government-issued ID, a selfie or liveness capture for identity verification, the document to be notarized, and a recording of the notarial session as required by the rules.

4. Why we process it

To verify your identity, to allow a commissioned Electronic Notary Public to perform the notarial act, to keep the records the Supreme Court requires, to prevent fraud, and to support you.

5. How long we keep it

Notarial records are retained for the period required by the Rules on Electronic Notarization and related issuances. Waitlist emails are deleted on request or when the launch campaign ends.

6. Who we share it with

The Electronic Notary Public handling your document, the Supreme Court and its Central Notarial Database as the rules require, and vetted service providers for identity verification, hosting and payments. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may access, correct, object to, or ask us to delete your personal data, and you may complain to the National Privacy Commission. Email hello@enotary.com.ph and we will respond.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to authorised personnel, and all actions on a document are recorded in an audit trail.

9. Changes

This notice will be updated before launch and whenever our processing changes. We will post the effective date at the top of this page.

Be First in Line

Join the waitlist and we will email you the moment eNotary.com.ph opens — plus a plain-language guide to the new e-notarization rules.

We will only email about the launch. Unsubscribe anytime.
